Write for us
We welcome thoughtful pitches about mindful attention in ordinary life, written for readers with limited time and many different routines. Bring a clear question, a distinct point of view, and an idea that can stand without grand promises.
What to pitch
We consider original essays and explainers on attention, rituals, boundaries, reflection, and everyday transitions. Strong ideas stay focused, respect differences in experience, and give readers a useful way to think about a familiar moment. We do not seek medical claims, miracle language, or lightly repackaged advice.
A good proposal
Tell us the working idea, the central question, why it matters to readers, and how your piece would differ from familiar coverage. Include a brief outline and any relevant writing samples or background you choose to share. Do not send confidential personal information.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. A proposal is not a promise of publication; please wait for a response before sending a complete draft.
Attention belongs in ordinary life
Mindfulness need not be an elaborate routine. It can begin with noticing what is here, and choosing what deserves your attention next.
